You tenant completes the application, filling in all of the boxes.
Then when you go online to the Credit Reporting Section, it will ask you to input:
Tenants full name
Social Security Number
Sometimes Drivers License
Current Address
Last 2 prior addresses
Current place of employment

My memory says it is after you run it and then you are asked if you want to read it or save it for later and there is a place to put what property it gets saved to.
I haven't done one since before Covid started. My tenants are all sitting tight, so my memory might be off. --76.178.xxx.xxx |
