I explained that her husband works long hours working for a company that sells medical drugs. He is college degreed and makes a large salary. Instead of loving you, taking care of your twin children and giving you time off when he gets home from work, you want him to do hourly labor work that anyone can do for cheep bucks. Hopefully you are getting all your rents. Then again, you might have engineered in extra sources of income into your business model. I don't force anyone for example to pay using clearnow. But if you don't you will be paying $20 more monthly. I allow for animals - for extra money. I will find out your gross income and find a way to spend your surplus money - in order to make the tenant's life easier.
