One of our weekly task is to pay everyone on Friday (subs, handymen, VAs, and interns.
The subs are paid per job and at what phase is completed. If it was completed Tuesday, they get check or auto deposited on Friday. (Most everyone is auto deposited, saves time and gas, and they love it)
AND our weekly team meeting. Pookie, handyman, partners. A little reflection, rah rah, a beverage or two, and the next week/month vision conversation.

These type of posts remind me to have metrics for my business. With only me as the person involved, and with cash-flowing properties, its easy to just forget to watch the metrics. Probably something that not just small-time landlords like me are prone to do.
How many of us landlords just collect rents, pay bills, then don't really take measure of much else until tax time? I'm guilty as charged! --70.92.xxx.xxx |
