Anyone know if doing a 1031 exchange disqualifies you from the EITC ? My tax software does not let me model for this scenario. Thanks

Should not impact your federal return, but it might impact your state return.

In Pa, we don't allow 1031's on state returns. Each state is quirky. --24.101.xxx.xxx
