A lot of extremely wealthy people have rituals. Warren Buffet for example. He takes a certain amount of money to McDonalds everyday. Depending on the market determines what he buys. It’s like planning and solitude in early mornings for people who use Franklin covey. Or prayer for others. It’s systematic things that people use to keep themselves heading in a certain direction. Like a morning walk or exercise routine for some.
