I read someone's post about the new HUD guidelines on ESA, but now I can't find that thread.
What documentation do you guys require for service and ESA. Do you require different documentation for service and ESA.
We currently have one opening and have a plethora of ESA and now 1 service. Seems like way more than the last opening.
Screen the tenant first. 99 times out of 100 they won’t qualify. Focus on other things and if you get an ESA qualified tenant, ask again.
