Hochul has confirmed that NYS will "conclude" the eviction moratorium which has been running for 22 months solid on 1/15/22!
There has to have been a LOT of negative press for her to do this.
ERAP portal will be opening back up (don't hold your breath) My tenant applied on 11/1/21 and was told a few days ago that it will still take 8 weeks to "process."
If she doesn't get subsidization soon and gets past the "ERAP Eviction Protection time frame," I will definitely evict her as the market rents have almost doubled over the past six months. --174.208.xx.xxx |

Now in order to reduce green house gasses a considerable investment needs to be done to reduce energy consumption in all buildings. It is not that the technology is not available but rather the funds need to be available to do that. Sooner or later this was going to end up in the supreme court.
