Virginia switched their rent relief program from a 3rd party site to gov2go on 12-1-21.

I helped tenants submit applications to the 3rd party site, but, the new gov2go site seems very confusing.

Has anyone had any luck with the new site?

I don't think it's all that confusing, but it could definitely use better instruction. It also needs an option to update tenant info. My tenant's email has a "problem" that was discovered after I entered her information. She has given me a new one, but I can't figure out how to change it. If her first one doesn't resolve the issue, I'm not sure how this will work. I've emailed twice and have gotten no response from them yet. --24.253.xxx.xx
