What kind of market feedback have you received regarding your finished OSB flooring? Did it present any issues regarding VHDA financing? --172.56.x.xxx

Potential buyers who viewed it said either they liked it or neutral.

Nobody said it was bad - at least not to my face.

The appraiser said it was fine and should be no concern for any financing (at least in his opinion). I did show him a photo of the subfloor before the OSB was installed, to prove it was not just the subfloor that was finished. --68.229.xxx.xxx
