I saw a thread where a landlord had sent in a chart for costs for breakage and clean up. I cannot find it again and would truly like to have that information. He did a wonderful job on it.

First order is -never- use your full name online a public forum, next use the search tool for damages or moveout costs, this comes up more than 4 times a year so you will find several to choose from, it is a good idea to have this comprehensive list signed by any renter before giving out keys, charging these costs for damages in the next rent cycle saves any further discussions about damages - takes less than 30 minutes to break something and I offer 30 days to pay for it, my services do not include financial arrangements and many evictions have gotten started this way. --76.188.xxx.xxx |
