For those of you who are using Clear Now service, do you know if a commercial tenant can use the service? I am not all that certain since they report to the credit agencies
I am pleased with them over all as long you don't have too many different draw dates set up. I typically do it in the middle of month to allow for more time at turnovers.

Yes, they can. I’ve had a couple of time where a tenant wanted their business account debited. There are some additional hoops to jump through but not too difficult.
If I recall they may need the articles of incorporation or it may have been something from the bank showing the tenant has signature authority on the account or both. They have to have something to verify the person has the authority to authorize the draft. --75.89.xxx.xxx |
