I used to just do a little in the kitchen & bath.
Then I put up the air mattress (on buckets) to show how well even a queen-size bed can fit. Hard to judge the size of the bedroom otherwise.
Now, my current agent helps me (done it twice) with some Living room stuff - because I don't have any, & it's too big to store anyway.
It looks good in photos, and really does help people see the size of the space. It's what "everyone" does now, so naked rooms would look odd.

The floor is sanded OSB with 3 coats of satin, oil, polyurethane.

That is not the subfloor.
I think it looks cool/trendy. We'll see what buyers think.
Originally, I was going to keep it as a rental, and it would be great for that.
Mike: I hate to waste space using fillers, especially in a small space. In my own house, I have narrow storage shelves - like to those by the range - and they are perfect for cookies sheets, muffin tins, cooling racks.
I framed the one under the trash with 2x4 between the cabinets, fully expecting people to use it as a step, and kick it a lot. That also made it the same height as the toe kick. --68.229.xxx.xxx |

Very nice - Please a little more detail on OSB Flooring -size - is it TG - How did you attach it - did you do the oil-poly or you had a floor guy do it - cost per sq for the flooring.
