I would use a razor blade scraper first and then follow up with some Goof-Off with a scrub sponge. My method also works on finished hardwood floors too. --68.63.xxx.xxx |

Latex paint is water-based, it can be cleaned with enough water. You don't want to end up with "dull" spots on the finish from using more power solvent cleaners. --50.82.xxx.xxx |

Laura,
Appliance paint is 'baked-on' at the factory for durability. It would take something much more powerful than Good-Off to remove appliance factory paint. A razor blade scraper will remove 90% of the paint and Goof-Off will remove the remaining 10% residue. --68.63.xxx.xxx |

Plastic putty knife for big spots - plastic so it doesn't scratch - I would not use a razor blade.
Green scrubby pad for al the itty-bitty bits between the texture bumps. --68.229.xxx.xxx |

Let the painter struggle with & and curse at himself for being so sloppy, rather than you doing it and cursing him for being so sloppy. --68.229.xxx.xxx |

I suggest couple cans of carpet cleaner to soften it before it really gets cured too far. --76.188.xxx.xxx |

I have used the more powerful version and also the milder version of Goof-Off. I would favor the weaker milder version of Goof-Off. It doesn't remove as many types of problems but it is safer and should do what you need here. Also I have used and like Krud Kutter for these types of tasks. I would avoid razor blade just because you might use too sharp of an angle and ooops.
