Not technically LL related but might help some you out.
We got an notice of auto renewal from Norton Security this past week. When I followed it up today, I was surprised at the over 100.00 price.
We keep notes [admittedly not all the time] and a older renewal was 54.00. Also it was stated as "auto renew" and I know that we NEVER do that as we don't trust others with access to our accounts.
Long story short when their live support got questioned they must have discerned my line of questioning and quickly offered me the promo price discount thereby saving 72.00 and disabling the auto-renew.
I though that this may help others so there you go. --74.105.xxx.xxx |

It is possible to download the latest version of windows 10 on flash drive where with window 10 you do not need a virus system. After downloading a lot of the unnecessary bloatware needs to taken out where then download ccleaner to take out what is not needed as this completely slows down computer. --99.236.xxx.xxx |

Same happened to me. Then just give me the discount price to begin with and I don't auto renew anything. I had to call to verify the email and renew for 3 years? Certainly didn't do that either. --73.230.xxx.xx |

CCleaner got hacked once. I use a powershell script to dump provisioned apps. Also if I'm buying a brand name computer and choose to keep Windows instead of installing Linux Mint, I simply uninstall all the manufacturer's bloatware (Dell updater, etc)
For AV I run Webroot on the windows machines that I have. yes there is "built in" protection with W10, but I like to have a separate AV and Firewall. --72.231.xxx.xx |

I got two of those charges and one was for a computer that is no longer online. I called them up and also the card company. My card is now changed and they can't do that again though I saw no evidence of my money being returned. I believe they are an overseas middle European firm. Only way sometimes is change your card number by calling your bank. --108.24.xx.xx |
