Seems like some insurance public adjuster and/or lawyer is trying to drum up business by sending out mailer telling people their rental/commercial property might have been damaged by smoke. soot, ash, etc from wildfire.
They say they do contingency, mention possibility of unseen damages, and include microscopic images of possible wildfire contaminants.
They also list some 6 figure settlements that they have obtained for property owners.
Does this seem legit??

Ambulance chasers but some buildings close to fire probably do have problems that people would notice. --108.24.xx.xx |

If your deductible is less than a 6pak of dishwashing soap it may be worthwhile to file a claim for pressure washing but I am already snikering at this idea. --76.188.xxx.xxx |

Smoke damage from a fire can do much more damage than the fire itself.
Given a choice between a half burned building and a pile of ashes......I am the person who will call 911 after getting everyone out.......after waiting 10 minutes
