I’m going to miss summer. Mostly because of people wearing shorts. No, I’m not a freak who likes to look at peoples legs- it’s their ankles. And once again- not a freak thing. It amazes me how many female applicants show up to look at a home with a male “friend”. While it may be because they don’t want to go for a showing alone, it usually is tenant speak for the boyfriend who will be living there but they won’t put on the application. Back to the shorts and ankles. Have you noticed how many of these “ friends” have their ankles bandaged up with some heavy wound wrap. Funny thing is, when they emptied the jails here because of Covid they put ankle monitors on a lot of the real bad ones. Coincidence? Too bad pants weather is here. I’m not saying some of them aren’t real injuries. Just make a comment like “ That looks like it hurts!”. Usually they shrug it off and don’t want to talk about it. The guy who busted it doing a flip on the half pipe wants to tell you all about it.
