Wall repairs if larger than the base of a birthday cake candle often means cutting from one stud to the next and patching the seams, of course after the wall is smooth then it needs seal-prime-refinish to come very close to color,. many times you just paint from corner to corner. This is added to next rent cycle as outlines in OH5321, took 30 minutes to create damage and we allow them 30 days to pay for it. --76.188.xxx.xxx
