Today another LL gave me a website that claims to pay money (unpaid rent) to LL's who have tenants that have not paid rent due to rent moratoriums.

The website is: www.eraalabama dot com Since this has a dot com extension and not a dot gov extension, I was thinking this could be a scam. Now if it is actually legit,...then does a similar program exist in your state?

I don’t that one but there is a company “insuring” rent. Not sure how it works.

I don't know the website but it seems pretty clear it's some kind of come on for some service they sell.

I can't speak to whether that site is legit, but there's tons of federal money out there to assist with rent. One of my tenants applied and got 5 months worth of rent payments. Two for missing back rent and 3 for future months. Plus late fees.
