Went up to singlewide that tenant just vacated. I wish that I'd placed a camera there but had no idea our tenant had someone that hated him enough to vandalize his car like they did!
It is only a half mile from us, so it really gave me the chills. We went up to finish cleaning the oven that I sprayed yesterday. My DH texted him photos of it, written all over with profanity & the headlight broken out. It had something wrong with it so he had left it behind.
Thank goodness they didn't hurt the trailer so it was personal, but cameras are going up today just in case. --71.219.xx.xxx |

The trailer sits on a 33 acre parcel, in a field, no other houses in site. This is a rural area. We own about 188 acres (surrounding & including this parcel). There are 3 other rentals within the 1/2 mile area.
This tenant paid for the whole month, so it is definitely personal, an ex or additional baby mama would be my guess. He has one by girl that used to live here with him, (she was a lot better housekeeper) & 1 1/2 with new nasty GF. He's been there 5 years & nothing like this ever happened before he left the unit.
DH called him & texted him a photo, who knows, maybe he'll be on Judge Judy one day. Supposed to come pick it up, if not we'll sell it for junk, not everybody requires a title. --71.219.xx.xxx |
