All is not lost! I think we are used to fighting for our rights. Now is another chance.

We started with a teeny, teeny tiny little SD portfolio, but have been able to grow that into a teeny, tiny one because of the preferred tax treatment.

There is a restriction which makes our teeth itch- we aren't allowed to work on the properties ourselves.

Hyre's site offers many ways for us to make some noise. Unfortunately, in this political climate I believe the bill has a great chance of passing unless we can collectively be the squeaky wheel.
