State Specific Question About: MARYLAND (MD)
Two tenants (roommates) had an altercation. After the altercation, one tenant moved out of the unit and stated it was due to physical safety concerns. The tenant that moved, turned in keys, cleaned the bedroom and left the property in good condition. The tenant obtained a police report regarding the incident. Are there Maryland or Howard County (MD) laws governing the return of the security deposit for a tenant that moves for physical safety reasons? --69.250.xx.xxx |
