I saw the stuff in the local hardware store.
I was wondering if anybody had tried it and what you thought.
You mix the two parts like some epoxy and then apply if
I won't need it to support any weight, it's really just for cosmetic purposes.

You didn't mention which application you were going to use it for. I assure you that these different types of epoxy are wonderful and help make any repair. I've used hi-temp 2 part epoxy putty for engine repair -- in place without removing anything. Just clean the surface and apply. I've use epoxy putty's and liquids to fix metal, wood, plaster, stucco and most anything. You just have to buy the right epoxy product for you applications/needs. I must have around 50 tubes of the stuff. I even have epoxy for under water use. --47.155.xx.xxx |

For door repairs auto -bondo- stuff works well, dries in 15 minutes, easy to sand smooth and prime-seal-finish color coat. --76.188.xxx.xxx |

I use this all the time. Majority is white in color but they do have a gray.
Its great in wet areas but for molding make sure you get the shape before it drys. drys in 15 minutes but can be sanded. When we do drain areas on tubes-- it really works well if you can applyfrom top and another from underneath. We also use it on drain pipes but always put a rubber pad and clamp to hold it. --63.64.xxx.xxx |
