The provinces who have the lowest vaccination rates the hospitals can not handle the amount of people who not vaccinated where doctors will be forced to make tough decisions on who gets on a ventilator. I just found out my chiropractor friends in another state may be in a county about to adopt a mandate that all health professionals get vaccinated. They may end up losing or selling their livelihood.
