Been getting some rain in your area.

Are you referring to adhesive back contact paper?

I don't use adhesive backed. However, I have had good luck with the Easy Liner brand, that also comes in the adhesive backed style.

BTW I have 50ac on the market, 10mi due east of Tarpon Springs, Lake Keystone area. Stones throw from Veteran's Express. If you or anyone you know might be interested send them my way. I have cows on it right now (greenbelt). Many Horse stables in the area, both for boarding and lessons. --173.31.xxx.xxx

I'll only use contact paper in drawer study are shot. For upper cabinet shelves I provide a roll of rubber shelving pad. Most times it is still rolled up when tenants leave. In lower cabinets I'll cut vinyl sheet or match kitchen floor. --172.58.xx.xxx

We have started cutting from a large 4x8 thin plastic sheet from Menards. Cut each to fit.its white and clean looking. I have read of folks cutting and folding old wallpaper, not glueing down. But I don't like any patterns. --172.56.xx.xxx

Plenty we have used that kind of stuff before and it was great. Instantly upgraded the dark interiors. But it was tricky to cut for some cabinets.

Lately we have been using this:

Easy to cut with scissors.

The sticky contac type is crazy making. Sticks to itself and your fingers and wrists. I like the idea of vinyl flooring but hard to cut. I would probably switch to clear 4 mil plastic if I was having to do that. I don't have tenants leave very often so they just use whatever they want when necessary. --108.24.xx.xx

My house cleaner uses the heavy rubber rolls from WalMart.

It’s heavy enough to lay flat without curling. Can be rinsed.

We use a lot of vinyl squares under the sink and in drawer/cabinets.

In cabinets we use the white rubber type rolls from Walmart. They come in 2 widths, unfortunately not cabinet width. Most times I can wipe and clorox between tenants and only need to replace a few. --75.67.xxx.xxx
