I used a flat rate attorney, at the time Steve Butcher, who didn't do me any favors. The last time I used him, he was unable to tell me that my property was near a wetland. Had I known this I would have NEVER purchased the property.

I'm just east of Rochester NY. Purchased a junker SFH with no realtor involved and the fee was $650. (Cheney Law Canandaigua NY) --174.208.xx.xxx
