Hello Everyone,

I have a friend who lives in the Philippines. She is wanting to become a VA for REI professionals. I am trying to guide her in setting up her business. Can anyone share what is the best way for her to do this? If you have used VA's before how did you find them? What expertise does she need to have? Any other helpful hints?

Have a great day ............

Me?....I would tell her to move to the USA

It would probably help if she knew something about the real estate business.

Unlikely that anyone here knows the real estate laws in the Phillipines.

A VA can have some value to me.

If I can have someone screening my calls and assigning priorities, I can be a bit more productive.

I know Mike Butler loves them.

What would she charge and how do we connect with her/him

If she wants to be the actual VA she should check out existing companies that handle RE. I get emails from them al the time. They would train her.

Check out REVA Global Assistants - Specializing in RE.

RE Investors, LLs can hire the firm.

There are many simple, repeatable tasks that can be done remotely, like Copy/Paste a form letter response to all the Zillow inquiries.

Son20,000 uses one for all bookkeeping, bill paying, paying contractors, researching possible sellers/making making lists...In his case she is not talking to prospects or residents, only paperwork.
