HELLO ALL! HAPPY SUMMER!

any suggestions on which lender is quickest?

favorite contractors are booked and busy except for a week at the end of august. most are scheduling for late spring early summer 2022.

I haven't did a loan or refi in years is the process taking a weeks or months these days?

since the housing industry is so hot id imagine it will take a while. the lenders seem to busy for a new application.. --107.139.xxx.xxx

When I go to private lenders and not banks, they can complete the appraisal and paper work within a week to 10 days. --47.155.xx.xxx
