I get a lot of calls and I realized that it's because a woman's name is on the properties. No other common factor. So the other day I told a guy it's not for sale and he asked me how much equity I had in it. I just hung up. There was a bad looking property down the street so I told one of the callers about it. If I don't recognize a number it goes to vm. You have to realize that picking up the call verifies you are a valid number. The #of casks you will receive increases.
