I am now going back to court to collect from a non-payer from 2018. She appealed/delayed and covid closed courts. I still have a PDF of the Department of Defense manpower data center you have to submit (in my county) when evicting someone to show they are not in the military.
My plan was just to get an updated printout from the website SCRA ( Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) showing she is not in the military. I have done this many times before. Well now there is some kind of certificate you have to have to use the website.
Well for me this is not too big of a deal because this is a small claim court case stemming from an eviction (years ago). I don't think this is a problem for me now, but when it comes time to evict someone not having this printout could be a showstopper in my courts.

Same thing happened to me after not using the service for several months. I tried everything including setting up a new account two times. Turns out I overlooked one of their "Accept" buttons (for the new account)! Works fine now. No certificate required for "Single Record Request." --71.217.xxx.xxx |

Last year Pa started a new form where we have to sign an affidavit about militarily status. HMMMMMMmmmm I wonder if this is something bigger in the making --24.101.xxx.xxx |
