Pretty weird. That story reads like an infomercial.
Interesting concept versus the typical 1031 exchange though. So I guess you're paying a fee/commission up front through a broker and possibly even ongoing annual maintenance expenses to that same broker/management company. And then there would be the ongoing expenses for that particular sales product...or that particular expense is just subtracted from your returns before you see them. --73.25.xx.xxx |
