I saw a post on my NextDoor app about a lost cat. The woman posting has two cats, and the lost cat is the ESA for the other cat, and of course, she is looking for a new place to rent as soon as kitty comes home. On of my tenants got an ESA cat. Then married and wife got an ESA dog. After 2 years they applied for a grant (down payment) to buy a house. They never told the bank that their Cat and Dog were ESA. They got the loan and moved out. This was before I started to reject applicants based on the type of monster dog/cat the have. A cat they won't fix and pee's everywhere or a dog they allow to poop on the front lawn unattended. Now 1 picture of an un leashed dog, I issue a 3 day notice to perform or quit. --47.155.xx.xxx

While my tenants with pet dogs will drop the dog off at a relative's house before they go to work and pick the dog up after work -- so the dog can play with little children or other pets....not stuck in a home/apartment because a PERSON NEED A DOG, NOT A DOG NEEDS A PERSON TO TAKE CARE OF THEM -- ROLL REVERSAL. --47.155.xx.xxx
