Wow!! The convention was really great! I learned many ways to work smarter and also grow the business in the right way. I felt very worn down by the business prior to attending and sometimes wanted to quit. After attending this past weekend, I feel really energized, better equipped and ready to go forward. Just realized that I did NOT miss the rather chaotic sometimes Round (robin) Tables! I much preferred the short, tailored, specific presentations to all from 8-10pm.

Rob, we met at the Saturday VIP Luncheon. I'm the one who shared that my tenants think I am filthy stinking rich.
To those not there; the reply is they're two thirds right and I'm working on the the rich part.
Agree. The speakers kicked it.
This convention was a gift I gave to my new son in law who wants to create a passive income. The drive back to Ohio was extremely more animated and an opening of dialog between us. We got back to Ohio on Saturday evening and on Sunday he wrote his first ever offer to purchase a property because he was empowered by what Mike Butler said " If you take the time to look at the property, then make an offer right away."

Hey Jim, George just spoke at one of our recent Retreats, and will most likely not be at the upcoming one. However, if I was a betting man, I would bet big money that you and your family will find the retreat extremely rewarding:).
So glad to hear your son-in-law was inspired from our Convention to take action. People often wonder if it's worth joining us at our MrLandlord events. It's intangibles like your son being inspired to write his first ever offer that makes such events game-changing, (possibly affecting your family's future wealth for generations).... priceless!

TONS of IDEAS! I have just created a spreadsheet which contains the ideas that I wrote down that need to be implemented or at a minimum thought through to decide if there is a use in our business. This spreadsheet is 3 pages long and only contains the items I wrote down. It doesn't include the items from the photos that I took of the speaker powerpoint presentation slides...yet. Once this is all compiled, I will meet with my staff to parcel out the ideas for implementation and further research :)
