I used to remind folks here that at new moon and last quarter, the sun and moon are very close together in the sky and the increased gravitational pull can bring on earthquakes. It's something I noticed. People would laugh or call me names or say they would watch out for that. Well, here in NJ we get a quake maybe every 100 years. I just looked that up. So today with the eclipse of the sun appearing on the horizon this morning, guess what happened the day before? Yes, we had an earthquake in S. Jersey which really has no fault lines. It was small at 2.4 and I did not read about any damage. But there it is. If you are in a quake prone area the worst times of the month are New Moon and Last Quarter and of course, before and after a Solar Eclipse. Big gravitational pull at those times. Researchers in CA have confirmed that the crust has a lot of movement during those moon phases. --108.24.xx.xx |

Pretty much everyone knows that.Pull Of the moon draws upon molten center core of the earth drawing it OUT of the center-- high tide for earths core. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

MO maybe you don't have tides in MO?
Tides have been here since the moon was in place. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

as Plenty says. But tide works best in cold water. to op: tides don’t affect my rents. so not sure of relevance (?) --107.77.xxx.xxx |
