Someone mentioned this on one of the Convention threads, so I thought I ask the direct question: Jeffrey will we be doing group lunches at the Convention this year? I want to sign up now if so!

WMH, you're right, it was mentioned on another discussion and several others have called or emailed me asking if we were going to do our VIP Luncheons at this year's Convention, which have become a favorite tradition of many attendees.

Initially, we had decided not to do that this year because of all that's going on with Covid restrictions and social distancing. However, with guidelines loosening a bit, we have continued to have individuals contact us inquiring of the possibility and asking to sign them up should we decide to coordinate it again.

Good News! If we have 20 attendees who wish to sign up, the hotel has agreed to offer us a special banquet room for that select number of our "VIP" attendees, and at a 25% discounted price (off the regular restaurant prices) for a special VIP Networking/Luncheon package, which will include a full 3-course plated lunch for all 3 days.

For those who have never attended our events, let me just say that two of the main reasons why many prior attendees have liked our VIP Networking/Luncheons: 1) Since we only have one hour for lunch, and there are few if any eating choices within walking distance, eating right at the host hotel is extremely convenient. 2) Most importantly, the VIP luncheons allow for an added extra networking opportunity to get to know and exchange ideas with other successful landlords from across the country.

So here's the deal, similar to what we've done before. Luncheon/Networking package for all 3 days will be $109.95 per person (which includes taxes and tips). The regular hotel restaurant pricing for those same 3 meals including taxes and tips is over $150. This special offer is being made available to the first 20 who say they wish to participate. (If you sign up later, and if space permits beyond the first 20, the pricing will be $154 per person).
