Does anyone use an online application or fillable PDF? If so, can you share what service/product you use to create/host the application?
I put together a prescreening questionnaire using google forms , but im not sure google forms is ideal for aa true application.

I think google forms is fine as a prescreener form.
As an actual app, I need folks to upload supporting documents. Google forms requires you to have a google account for uploads. I don’t think I can guarantee that every person who comes along will have a google account, nor will they create one just to fill out an application. --209.6.xxx.xx |

Yes pre screen is great an app you need fillable. Have you tried Jotforms? Lots here have had success with it. Personally I use Buildium and they use the on line app there. I've take pics of apps, drivers licenses and paychecks in the past. --173.48.xxx.xxx |

Been using autodraft for 20? years. We TAKE the money from their account automatically. People LOVE it and now new residents ASSUME we do it because in this age that’s how their other bills are paid.
We even do it for charges after move out.

I use Google Forms for the app, and they email me the supporting documentation. I save everything, along with the eventually signed online PDF lease, to a folder. Folders are set up per property, per unit and then per tenant.
