I'm reviewing my options for my processes.

I'm thinking of throwing up a jotform for my pre-screening questions Then, I'd like to have an online or fillable application. And finally a lease which folks can sign digitally.

Can anyone share what they do? Do you still use paper? Online or fillable forms? How do you do ur leases? What do you use?

I am currently reviewing tenantcloud and turbotenant,. Other than the marketing portion, I'm looking at them for online/fillable forms and digital signing.

We use Google Forms which feeds to Google Sheets for both pre-screen and application in fact.

We have another that allows someone to choose appointment times (from a pre-set list) if they pass our pre-screening.

We use a merge function to merge our tenants' info from a spreadsheet into a WP or Word document. We then create a PDF from that. The PDF gets uploaded to PDFFiller, which is cheaper than Docusign, and gets sent out for tenant signatures. --50.82.xxx.xxx
