Hi there it’s xxxxxx again [Note: I have no idea who this is.] My urgency in finding a place other than where I am is because of my abusive landlord and the questionable tenant he just rented the other room to and the fact he raised my rent from $700 to $800 for one small room and I have to share a bathroom with a guy and the fact that my landlord is starting to get physical as he smashed some of my plants by throwing them from the 2nd story deck and he smashed a box fan that I had purchased for the house and the roommate he just rented the other BR to is questionable and it would be in my best interest to leave this house immediately. The problem is I haven’t found anywhere to rent that I can afford and like I said I’m not gonna do rooms or roommates any longer because you never know when someone is going to get a hair up their ass and decide they don’t want you there anymore. This seems like that’s been the trend for me in the past few years. It’s ridiculous! I’d rather be homeless then to be in the situation again I just want peace and quiet is that too much to ask? I want my own place. And maybe a dog. I pay my rent on time every month I can show you receipts. Please call me! Please save me! I only have seven more days and I’m out with nowhere to go. Also, it makes me wonder......in today's environment some landlords have suggested this could be a way to get rid of a poor tenant.
Move in someone they can't stand to live with.
You don't suppose the new renter is a friend of the landlord.....??

Small world. I got a second email from her, I was bored and looked her up on Facebook and turns out she is the drug-addled adult daughter of a former tenant of ours. He must be late 80's maybe early 90's these days, got re-married a few years ago. Assuming new wife won't allow daughter to live with them.

It's really crazy time. Got a L O N G rambling text - several actually over the several days - from the ex-husband of a current tenant. Apparently he has decided I'm his friend although I haven't responded to them. Yesterday he wished me a happy mother's day via text. I don't even know what this guy looks like.
