I read on a landlord chat ( similar to this one LOL )

Women ( w/ rentals in TN & KY) had very bad luck finding tenants CL only seemed to attract not the best.

There were many suggestions ... about a month later she reported in the "follow-up" section of comments

She started advertising in the local church bulletins ... and making attractive flyers that she hung at the local volunteer firehouse and EMS

she seemed to have success ... just passing along what might be informative :) --69.127.xx.xx

We're sandwiched between a university and university/medical center. We also advertise in their papers, but we missed the deadline for this week. No need to pay to do that now. --47.149.xxx.xxx
