GRL, that is quite a lengthy application.

I did notice that on p. 4, Bankruptcy History, that for the Yes answer the word "files" should be "filed" as in "Yes, I have filed for bankruptcy..."

Thanks for the check. I’ll fix that typo. It is a bit long. Some of it is just disclaimer. I do plan on moving it to a web based form. I’m thinking tenantcloud.
