Nell's post inspired me to write this.
Got a call today from an old res who still owed money, no payments since 4-2019.
"Can I just pay it off?" he asked.
Sure.
"Can you just deduct it from my bank account so I don't have to drive into town?"

Nice work! I've got several garnishements that are paying now. Every month when that check shows up in the mail, I do the happy dance. One of them from a judgment from 6 years ago!
