I don't know what that means but I'd remove it.

Perhaps it's specific to your area to list this way but rather than list all those places, I'd give a general location such as "near intersection of Main and Maple Sts", "Uptown Park", etc.

You say gas and electric NOT included. Tell them about water, sewer, trash, etc. If you pay for it, say so. --72.70.xxx.xx

I would never list proximity to a religious place. That could be viewed as discrimination....these are the kind of folks we are looking for, etc. Actually i believe I saw an example of just this kind of ad as being view as discriminatory in a fair housing class.

also I would say no pets vs dogs. Emotional support DOGS are allowed by law.

Again because of discrimination laws...I would not use the word 3 FAMILY...maybe multi-unit building. I think the listing of all those places is distracting. I would only mention the top 2 or 3. --108.56.xxx.xx

What utilities are included? Trash, sewer, water? Say what is included. Then say resident pays metered utilities: gas and electricity

Dogs not allowed. (Say what pets are allowed) or No dogs other pets considered)

Sorry, have to say no smokers. (You are not really sorry about this. Just say what you want- No smoking or vapor on premises.)
