In California, especially cities like Los Angeles, if a Landlord suspected a tenant was doing or selling drugs and the landlord reported it to the police, then instead of helping the landlord deal with this problem, the governing agency would try to take the property away from the owner and make it a City Owned Money Maker -- giving the owner 30 days to rid the property of the drug problem even though an eviction takes between 45 to 180 days. --47.155.xx.xxx |

Pa has a fast track eviction process if there is proof that the tenant is dealing. That program does not apply for use growing or manufacturing.
How do you prove it? Short of being seeing the state police seize the scales, I think it would be tough.
Now if you are wanting to start out being a LL in this operating environment, maybe we all should be tested for drugs. It is tough and challenging, the future is unclear too. So I would recommend you get trained up and stay on top topics. --24.154.xx.x |
