I refinanced my rooming house recently with a cash out. I got a 10 year lock on the rate at 3.95% with a twenty five year amortization. I thought this was a pretty good deal. What do you think? --172.58.xxx.xxx

Now is the time for you to juice your invest Cap rate.

Place the property into a revocable trust. Then offer to sell the beneficial interest with owner financing by wrapping what your existing loan is. You make money being the bank while getting top dollar since you are doing owner financing
