todays quality prospect is in the police blotter 2x in 2 years. First during a traffic stop (AKA drug sweep) and was cited for unregistered & uninsured vehicle. 2nd time when found asleep on the sidewalk, became combative and was arrested. --24.194.xxx.xxx |

I had the opposite, probably well qualified although nit checked but went through apartment with essentially a magnifying glass and wanted me to leave at the end so they could spend a few minutes talking alone inside the apartment. Nit checkers are tough. I was going to rent to two sisters once and they wanted to show their new apartment to family. One sister proceeded to display her nit checking behavior. She saw a slight defect in the corner of a closet and wanted it repaired, saw a kitchen tile with a corner crack, minute flaws. I was getting very bad vibes and trying to plan an escape. When we opened the door to the 2nd bedroom the ceiling was laying on the hardwood floor in a pool of water. I guess the upstairs washer drain had froze thawed and ruptured. Saved by disaster. "This apartment is now off the market. Sorry."
