Yikes, three federal charges? Sounds like maybe one of the protestors at the Capitol bldg. on Nov. 6. They have charges like that. Yeah, Rottweilers. Neighbor had one. Thanks Rents Due. I am a little rusty at this I guess. Last time I had an empty I asked three questions via email. The format of the email I got back from Apts . com did not contain any helpful info although they did ask a couple questions but no one answered them. I actually put the unit up for a price that is too low. I see where the folks responding can get to the $1200 I was asking (includes heat and AC) and they were really the low end of the spectrum and needed cheaper units, not mine. I will just make mine $1500 and relist it in May. Since it's mid April I find people all desperate to be somewhere else by May 1. Google forms also can feed into a spreadsheet that sumnmarizes the responses. There's a green + button at the upper right hand corner for that. Press that and a spreadsheet is created.
