My tenant of two years called this morning asking if they can pay the next two months now. I have a feeling this is not permitted in NJ, but my lawyer hasn't gotten back to me yet. Anyone from NJ know if I can accept it or not? --173.70.xxx.xxx |

I would take it and hopefully they are not doing that to cover up some activity not permitted on the lease. Maybe someone asked them to borrow money and they needed the excuse that they have to pay the rent. --108.24.xx.xx |
