I just received an email from Avail.
In it they were asking what managers/LLs have found the majority of their tenants from. The period ranged from the first quarter of 2020 to the first quarter of 2021.
The numbers shown are the increase in percentages from the past year and surprised me:
#4 Zumper at 146%
#3 Apartment List at 350%
#2 Apartments.com at 360%
#1 Realtor.com at 600%
What I'm not seeing is how many folks responded for a sampling size. --73.25.xx.xxx |

I looked at Apartments dot com and will try that. They have a better format than I remember. I drew a floor plan last night and will photo it and put it up. I saw one ad that had it. It's easy with graph paper. --108.24.xx.xx |

I post vacancies on Apartments.com without a problem and they are single family homes, not apartment complexes. However, I've only used them the last year or so and have never received a lead from that website. The other websites I get leads from plus Zillow. The vacancy filled in 1 to 6 days so maybe Apartments.com needs more time to work well. I don't know. --217.148.xxx.xxx |

It took me soooo long to put up the rental. My photos I took yesterday were not on the disc so I had to find last fall's set of photos. Then I lost the spot on the disc and had to search again. So when it was all done my beautiful unit appears next to one down the street that is as plain and shabby looking. I went back in and got all the lawn and yard and outside photos and put them first. I had the floor plan first. Bad idea. Sorry to hear I won't be getting any emails Florida Native. If I don't get at least one by tomorrow it goes on Craig's List. I get all my renters on CL usually but there is nothing much there right now for some reason. --108.24.xx.xx |
