I was starting to think about Jeffrey's recent suggestion about naming our properties something nice. The first one I pulled up, all I can come up with is "The Clown Car" or "Dumbo's Cottage" because it looks like the train from the old Disney Dumbo movie. It's really cute and clean inside, and has a nice yard, but the exterior? Clown Car.
I uploaded a few pics. Any ideas? ;)

In your market they seem to rent so fast you may not need to name them. Sometimes i use a head associated with the calendar. "Spring" Here, "Fall in love" (oct) Take a Peep(Easter). Plenty we have two houses on the same street. 3 units, actually, because one has an ADU above the garage.
I ended up ordering a cool metal sign that just says "The Boxcar" in a round circle with a train in the middle. --50.82.xxx.xxx |

Curb appeal is has never been our strong suit at all, so along with naming the places I want to add some decoration. This year my goal was not only to add a little something to some of our places (like shutters on some places - such a cheap fix!) but now a nice sign of some sort. Very common here on the McMansions already.
Last year we added shutters and a large iron Compass Rose thing to one of our uglier cottages, and for about $100 made a huge difference in curb appeal. --50.82.xxx.xxx |

Haha! It's actually one of our first ADUs I think. The trailer (on the right in the picture) was a 3-bed 2-bath trailer. We turned one of the bedrooms into a dressing room with a Jack & Jill bath between the bedroom and dressing room. It has a giant well-over-built great room on the left, then a hall, then the garage - and the ADU is over the garage. BARELY legal, 300 square feet if you are a very generous inspector, and he was.
Turns out our county likes when you pull permits and try to do things right. They will help you accomplish your goal if you are not a jerk. --50.82.xxx.xxx |
