At the same time I bought the two Dan Arnold books I also bought Michael Zuber's book One Rental At A Time. I also bought this in the Mr. Landlord website book section

This book is just as good as the 2 Dan Arnold books but completely different. This is more about Michaels journey from nothing to something in real estate. For those, like me, who are newer to landlording (2017) and are still trying to find my way, this is an excellent book because it describes the thoughts behind the buying.

It is a quick read, no nonsense, straight forward, insightful, and somehow when he says something you think well that's common sense but you didn't think about or realize it until he mentions it.

Reading this book will maybe make you think outside your current box and explore a different section of the RE market. I think it will sharpen your buying and negotiating skills.

I would have liked some more analysis of his buys but all in all a good book to read to jazz you up about obtaining financial freedom though real estate.
