Neighbor Property Management company manages the Candlewood condo assoc properties in MD. I owned an investment property in Candlewood. However, I understand that they managed residential properties nationally. I am interested if you as landlords have used their services and can give a review or know of tenants who are familiar with them. --172.58.xxx.xxx

My experience with property management companies is that they will manage the properties but not the tenants.

We call this business property management but it's really tenant management.

If you are thinking of going to a property management company, sell.

You'll thank me in the future.
